【摘 要】目的：觀察丁苯酞在急性腦梗死中的療效，評價其對患者側(cè)支循環(huán)的影響。方法：收集90例患者，隨機分設組別并實施不同治療方案，具體分組方案：45例給予常規(guī)對癥治療（如營養(yǎng)神經(jīng)、抗血小板聚集等）設為對照組；45例接受常規(guī)治療+丁苯酞治療的患者設為觀察組，比較兩組療效。結(jié)果：和對照組比較，觀察組治療后的側(cè)支循環(huán)建立情況更優(yōu)（P
