聯(lián)合丙酸倍氯米松及孟魯司特鈉對(duì)老年咳嗽變異性哮喘患者肺功能的改善作用

【摘 要】目的：研究分析在老年咳嗽變異性哮喘患者的治療中聯(lián)合應(yīng)用丙酸倍氯米松以及孟魯司特鈉對(duì)患者的肺功能改善效果。方法：選擇在2019年1月至12月本院呼吸內(nèi)科接受治療的100例老年咳嗽變異性哮喘患者展開分析，根據(jù)住院時(shí)間的先后順序分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和參照組，各50例。觀察兩組的治療效果。結(jié)果：與治療前比較，治療后兩組患者的炎性因子水平和肺功能指標(biāo)都得到了改善，治療后實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者的CPR、IL-6以及TNF-α顯著低于參照組，結(jié)果有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective： To study and analyze the improvement effect of combined beclomethasonepropionate and montelukast sodium in elderly patients with coughvariantasthma.Methods： 100 elderly patients with cough variant asthma were treated inthe respiratory department of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019.
