【摘 要】目的：分析永久起搏器植入術后近期并發(fā)癥的臨床護理效果。方法：選擇從2018年12月至2020年12月在我院中采用永久起搏器植入術治療的患者80例，以手術時間為分界點，前40例為G組采用針對性護理，后40例為D組采用常規(guī)護理，對比兩組患者術后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率、治療積極性、負面情緒評分。結果：相比于D組的術后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率G組更低，具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.05）；護理后，相比于D組的負面情緒評分G組更低，具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P
