護(hù)理干預(yù)對新生兒黃疸治療效果及黃疸指數(shù)的影響

【摘 要】目的：討論在新生兒黃疸的臨床治療中應(yīng)用護(hù)理干預(yù)的價(jià)值和意義。方法：對42例出現(xiàn)黃疸的新生兒進(jìn)行隨機(jī)分配，得到了人數(shù)相等的常規(guī)護(hù)理組和優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理組。不同組別的患兒應(yīng)用對應(yīng)的護(hù)理模式，評價(jià)兩組患兒的臨床恢復(fù)情況、治療后的黃疸指數(shù)的動態(tài)變化、24h內(nèi)的平均排便次數(shù)以及黃疸消退時(shí)間。結(jié)果：優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理組的治療有效率顯著高于常規(guī)護(hù)理組，組間差異顯著（P
