【摘 要】目的：中醫(yī)針灸推拿在頸椎病患者護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：以頸椎病患者為研究對象，抽取52例患者為常規(guī)組，給予常規(guī)西醫(yī)治療和護(hù)理，再抽取52例患者為干預(yù)組，給予常規(guī)西醫(yī)治療、護(hù)理和中醫(yī)針灸推拿護(hù)理，觀察兩組患者護(hù)理前后頸部障礙指數(shù)（NDI）的變化、顱內(nèi)動(dòng)脈血流速度的改善情況。結(jié)果：干預(yù)組患者頸部臨床癥狀的評分均低于常規(guī)組，治療有效率整體較高（P
