【摘 要】目的：探討研究卡前列素氨丁三醇聯(lián)合縮宮素在產(chǎn)后出血治療中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取我院2018年10月至2020年10月接收的產(chǎn)后出血患者80例，對照組利用縮宮素進(jìn)行治療，實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用卡前列素氨丁三醇聯(lián)合縮宮素進(jìn)行治療，對兩組患者的治療有效率以及不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生情況進(jìn)行對比分析。結(jié)果：對照組治療有效率為80.0%（32/40），實(shí)驗(yàn)組治療有效率為97.5%（39/40），差異具有一定的統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P
