【摘 要】目的：探討優(yōu)質(zhì)助產(chǎn)護(hù)理模式在高齡產(chǎn)婦分娩中的應(yīng)用。方法：選取2019年4月至2020年4月期間于我院進(jìn)行分娩的50例高齡產(chǎn)婦作為研究對(duì)象。隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組，各25例。對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)助產(chǎn)護(hù)理，觀察組在其基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)施優(yōu)質(zhì)助產(chǎn)護(hù)理，比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：觀察組剖宮產(chǎn)率低于對(duì)照組（P0.05）；與對(duì)照組相比，觀察組會(huì)陰側(cè)切率較低（P0.05）；兩組新生兒Apgar評(píng)分比較無(wú)顯著差異（P>0.05）；觀察組產(chǎn)后出血率低于對(duì)照組（P

To Study the Clinical Application of High-quality Midwifery Nursing Model in Delivery Nursing for Elderly Parturients

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application of high-quality midwifery nursing model in delivery of elder parturients.Methods： Fiftycases of elderly parturients who gave birth in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group，each with 25 cases. The control group was given routine midwifery care， and the observation group was given high-quality midwifery care on the basis of it， and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results： The rate of cesarean section in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P0.05）； Compared with the control group， the perineal lateral resection rate in the observation group was lower（P0.05）；There was no significant difference in the Apgar score between the two groups of newborns（P>0.05）；The postpartum hemorrhage rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P
