【摘 要】目的：分析PCR檢查法與細菌培養(yǎng)法在陰道細菌檢查中的臨床檢驗效果。方法：選取我院婦科門診2019年8月至2021年3月收治的陰道細菌檢查患者共計180例作為本次研究觀察的對象。分別使用PCR檢查法與細菌培養(yǎng)法進行檢查，比較患者的結(jié)果檢驗。結(jié)果：PCR檢查法的陽性檢出率明顯高于細菌培養(yǎng)法，組間差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P
