妊娠合并尿路感染的臨床特征和治療分析

【摘 要】目的：對妊娠合并尿路感染的臨床特征和治療進(jìn)行探討分析。方法：選取2020年1月至2021年1月在我院進(jìn)行治療的妊娠合并尿路感染患者586例為實驗組；同一時期，未妊娠的尿路感染患者為對照組，共193例。對兩組研究對象的臨床癥狀、感染的病原菌以及預(yù)后進(jìn)行對比分析。結(jié)果：實驗組患者急性腎盂腎炎的發(fā)病率（14.85%）顯著高于對照組（4.66%）（P0.05），但實驗組的復(fù)發(fā)率（7.00%）顯著高于對照組（3.11%）（P
