舒適護(hù)理干預(yù)在子宮肌瘤患者圍術(shù)期的應(yīng)用效果觀察

【摘 要】目的：觀察舒適護(hù)理在子宮肌瘤患者圍術(shù)期的效果。方法：選擇我院100例子宮肌瘤患者，分為對照組和觀察組。對照組（n=50）采用常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)，觀察組（n=50）采用舒適護(hù)理干預(yù)，觀察兩組術(shù)后一般情況、患者滿意度情況和圍術(shù)期中并發(fā)癥情況。結(jié)果：觀察組術(shù)后一般情況恢復(fù)均好于對照組，患者滿意度亦高于對照組，觀察組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生概率低于對照組，差異具備統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P
