食品工程研究生導(dǎo)師團(tuán)隊(duì)培養(yǎng)模式研究

摘要 國內(nèi)外發(fā)展趨勢表明,構(gòu)建研究生導(dǎo)師團(tuán)隊(duì)培養(yǎng)模式將成為高校研究生培養(yǎng)的主流。本文以昆明理工大學(xué)食品科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院食品功能因子研究與利用團(tuán)隊(duì)為例,闡述了傳統(tǒng)單一導(dǎo)師培養(yǎng)模式存在的弊端,提出了研究生導(dǎo)師團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)以及研究生培養(yǎng)的具體實(shí)踐方案,以期為食品工程碩士研究生的培養(yǎng)提供借鑒。

Abstract The domestic and foreign development trends indicate that building a team of graduate supervisors will become the mainstream of graduate education in colleges and universities.On the basis of Food Functional Factor Team,F(xiàn)aculty of Food Science and Engineering,Kunming University of Science and Technology,this paper expounds the disadvantages of the traditional single supervisor training mode,and proposes specific practical plans for the construction of a team of graduate supervisors and the training of graduate students,in order to provide reference for the training of food engineering master’s students.
