鄉(xiāng)村振興視域下農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的阜陽方案研究

摘要 在全面推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略背景下，農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村發(fā)展迎來契機。阜陽市深刻認(rèn)識農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的重要意義，全面把握鄉(xiāng)村振興與農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村高質(zhì)量發(fā)展之間的理論邏輯，利用好安徽省第一農(nóng)業(yè)大市的資源稟賦，抓住鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略實施過程中的政策紅利，不斷提升農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村事業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量，強力助推農(nóng)業(yè)大市向農(nóng)業(yè)強市的蛻變。

Research on Fuyang Plan for High Quality Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

Abstract In the context of comprehensively promoting the strategy of rural revitalization， the development of agriculture and rural areas has ushered in opportunities.Fuyang City deeply understands the importance of high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas， and comprehensively grasps the logical theory between rural revitalization and high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas，makes good use of the resource endowment of the largest agricultural city in Anhui， seizes the policy dividends in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy， continuously improves the quality of agricultural and rural development， and strongly promotes the transformation of the agricultural city into a strong agricultural city.
