產(chǎn)教融合下鄉(xiāng)村振興復(fù)合型人才培養(yǎng)路徑分析

摘要  以鄉(xiāng)村振興為背景,聚焦產(chǎn)教融合對鄉(xiāng)村振興復(fù)合型人才發(fā)展的作用,介紹我國鄉(xiāng)村人才振興儲備現(xiàn)狀,分析我國人才振興培養(yǎng)面臨的問題,提出產(chǎn)教融合助推鄉(xiāng)村振興人才培養(yǎng)的路徑,為打造“一懂二愛”的“三農(nóng)”工作隊伍提供借鑒。

Analysis on the Training Path of Rural Revitalization Inter-disciplinary Talents under the Integration of Production and Education

Abstract Based on rural revitalization, focuses on the role of the integration of production and education on the development of rural revitalization talents, this article introduced the current situation of China’s rural talent revitalization reserve,analyzed the problems faced by the revitalization and training of talents in China, and put  forward the path of the integration of production and education to promote the revitalization and training of talents in rural areas, and provided reference ideas for building a “three rural” work team that "understands and loves".
