大口徑水流量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置的研制與不確定度評(píng)定

【摘要】本文介紹了DN25～DN300口徑的靜態(tài)質(zhì)量法水流量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置，裝置的等級(jí)為0.1級(jí)。通過分析，該裝置的不確定度主要來源于計(jì)時(shí)器、電子秤質(zhì)量測(cè)量、換向器的同步性、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)砝碼及分辨力。該裝置不確定度的評(píng)定對(duì)流量計(jì)量值傳遞的準(zhǔn)確性有重要意義。

Abstract： This article introduces a static mass method water flow standard device with a diameter of DN25～DN300， with a rating of 0.1. Through analysis， the uncertainty of the device mainly comes from the timer， electronic scale mass measurement， synchronicity of the commutator， standard weight， and resolution. The evaluation of the uncertainty of the device is of great significance for the accuracy of flow measurement value transmission.
