雙向拉伸聚酰胺(尼龍)薄膜拉伸強(qiáng)度不確定度的評定

【摘要】本文分析了雙向拉伸聚酰胺(尼龍)薄膜拉伸強(qiáng)度測定的不確定度,通過建立測量不確定度的數(shù)學(xué)模型,分析了拉力機(jī)測試不確定度、厚度測試不確定度、寬度測試不確定度、重復(fù)性測試不確定度等因素對于測量不確定度的影響,并對其進(jìn)行評定,研究表明重復(fù)性測試因素對于不確定度結(jié)果的影響最大。

Abstract: Determination of the uncertainty of the tensile strength of biaxially oriented polyamide (nylon) film is analyzed. Through establishing a mathematical model of uncertainty,the impact of factors such as uncertainty in tensile testing, uncertainty in thickness testing, uncertainty in width testing, and uncertainty in repeatability testing on measurement uncertainty is analyzed and evaluated. The research shows that repeatability test make the greatest impact on the results of uncertainty.
