【摘要】全景牙科X射線機是用于診斷口腔疾病的先進醫(yī)學影像設備，廣泛應用于各級醫(yī)療機構，其準確性對醫(yī)生準確診斷病人口腔疾病至關重要。本文分析了醫(yī)用診斷全景牙科X射線輻射源關鍵校準參數(shù)的不確定度來源，按照要求建立模型，對空氣比釋動能率及管電壓的不確定度進行評定。

Abstract： The panoramic dental X-ray machine is an advanced medical imaging equipment specially equipped for the diagnosis of oral diseases， which is widely used at all levels of medical institutions， and its accuracy directly affects the measurement results and personal safety. This paper analyzes the sources of uncertainty of key calibration parameters of medical diagnostic panoramic dental X-ray radiation source， establishes a model in accordance with the requirements， and evaluated the uncertainties of the air specific kinetic energy rate and tube voltage.
