熱水熱量計(jì)量?jī)x表的環(huán)境試驗(yàn)裝置研究

【摘要】本文介紹了一種用于熱水流量表、熱量表等流量?jī)x表的環(huán)境試驗(yàn)裝置。該裝置采用分體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，各個(gè)組件互不影響，能同時(shí)測(cè)量不同環(huán)境溫度和濕度下的熱量示值誤差、溫度示值誤差及流量示值誤差。在滿足試驗(yàn)要求的前提下，最大限度地降低了裝置整體的體積和制造成本，對(duì)現(xiàn)有其他配套試驗(yàn)裝置影響較小。

Study on the Environmental Test Equipment for Hot Water Heat Metering Instruments

Abstract： This article introduces an environmental test equipment for designing flow meters such as hot water flow meters and heat meters. The device adopts a split structure design， where each component does not affect each other， and can simultaneously measure the errors in heat， temperature， and flow under different environmental temperatures and humidity. On the premise of meeting the test requirements， it minimizes the overall volume and manufacturing cost of the device， with little impact on other existing supporting test devices.

環(huán)境影響試驗(yàn)要求在不同環(huán)境溫度及濕度下對(duì)熱量表的計(jì)量準(zhǔn)確度進(jìn)行測(cè)量，而試驗(yàn)所用的環(huán)境試驗(yàn)裝置通常為非標(biāo)設(shè)備，需要根據(jù)各個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的實(shí)際需求情況進(jìn)行定制。（剩余3602字）
