【摘要】本文立足于新形勢、新要求和新作為，通過對國外科創(chuàng)中心建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究和分析，總結(jié)科創(chuàng)中心建設(shè)的有效經(jīng)驗(yàn)和啟示，針對我國科創(chuàng)中心建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀，推演我國科創(chuàng)中心高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化路徑和建議。
