標(biāo)準(zhǔn)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)要素研究

【摘要】標(biāo)準(zhǔn)質(zhì)量水平在提升標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施效益，推動(dòng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化高質(zhì)量發(fā)展方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。本文結(jié)合當(dāng)前的研究和實(shí)踐，分析影響標(biāo)準(zhǔn)質(zhì)量水平的主要因素，并提出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)要素研究的改進(jìn)建議。

Abstract： Standard quality plays an important role in improving standard implementation efficiency as well as promoting the high quality of standardization development. In combination with current research and practices， this article analyzes the main factors affecting standard quality and proposes suggestions for improving the study of standard quality evaluation elements.
