【摘要】引流砂作為一種在連鑄技術(shù)煉鋼工藝過程中不可或缺的材料,其燒結(jié)度的影響因素有很多,如燒結(jié)溫度、保溫時(shí)間、燒結(jié)厚度等。本文通過大量試驗(yàn)來論證一種量化檢驗(yàn)引流砂燒結(jié)度的試驗(yàn)方法。

Study on the Experimental Method for Quantifying the Sintering Degree of Drained Sand

Abstract: Drainage sand is an indispensable material in the process of continuous casting technology for steel making. There are many factors that affect its sintering degree, such as sintering temperature, holding time, and sintering thickness. This article demonstrates a quantitative test method for inspecting the sintering degree of drainage sand through a large number of group experiments.
