國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《綜合客運(yùn)樞紐通用要求》解讀

【摘要】綜合客運(yùn)樞紐是城市交通的重要基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，關(guān)系到人們?nèi)粘３鲂小１疚膹目傮w要求、換乘區(qū)域、交通組織、信息化、安全與應(yīng)急等方面對(duì)GB/T 42231—2022《綜合客運(yùn)樞紐通用要求》進(jìn)行解讀，并提出相關(guān)對(duì)策建議，為推進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施工作提供參考。

Interpretation of National Standard General requirements of multimodal passenger transportation hub

Abstract： Multimodal passenger transportation hub is an important infrastructure for urban transportation， which is related to people’s daily travel. This article interprets the national standard GB / T 42231—2022 General requirements of multimodal passenger transportation hub from the aspects of overall requirements， transfer areas， traffic organization， informatization， safety， and emergency response， and propose relevant countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference for promoting the implementation of standards.

“綜合客運(yùn)樞紐”是指將兩種及以上對(duì)外運(yùn)輸方式與城市交通的客流轉(zhuǎn)換場(chǎng)所在同一空間（或區(qū)域）內(nèi)集中布設(shè)，實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)施設(shè)備、運(yùn)輸組織、公共信息等有效銜接的客運(yùn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。（剩余6477字）
