復(fù)合肥料中總氮含量的測定方法探討

【摘要】通過凱氏定氮法對復(fù)合肥料進行精密度試驗和加標(biāo)回收率試驗,將復(fù)合肥料中總氮含量測定結(jié)果與蒸餾后滴定法(仲裁法)測定結(jié)果進行比較。實驗表明,凱氏定氮法操作簡單、耗時少、節(jié)約試驗成本,并且準(zhǔn)確率和重復(fù)率高,數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確可靠。

Discussion on the Determination Method of Total Nitrogen Content in Compound Fertilizers

Abstract: The precision test and spiked recovery rate test were conducted on composite fertilizers using the Kjeldahl nitrogen determination method. The results of the total nitrogen content determination in composite fertilizers were compared with those of the titration method (arbitration method) after distillation. The experiment showed that the Kjeldahl nitrogen determination method was simple to operate, time-consuming, cost-effective, with high accuracy and repeatability, and the data was accurate and reliable.
