摘  要：本文研究了歐盟車輛準(zhǔn)入相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)法規(guī)的制修訂體系、文件分類、相關(guān)組織及其運(yùn)作規(guī)則等，旨在幫助車輛及其部件制造商了解這些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)法規(guī)的制修訂規(guī)則，能夠及時(shí)獲取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)法規(guī)草案、執(zhí)行時(shí)間、修訂狀態(tài)等相關(guān)信息，為促進(jìn)國際車輛貿(mào)易，助力中國制造“走出去”提供前瞻技術(shù)支持。

Abstract： This paper studies the rule-making system of EU’s vehicle standards and regulations， classification of documents， relevant organizations and their operating rules， and aims to help manufacturers of vehicles and components to understand the rule making procedures of these standards and regulations， so as to obtain standards and regulations drafts， implementation information， revision status and other relevant information to provide forward-looking technical support for Chinese manufacturing to “go global”.
