雙離合自動變速器臺架路譜試驗方法研究

摘  要：介紹了一種基于雙離合變速器的路譜采集及臺架試驗應用方法，通過前期實車采集路譜數(shù)據(jù)、轉(zhuǎn)化合成臺架路譜測試方法、開展動力總成級的臺架路譜測試，對雙離合自動變速器質(zhì)量進行評價。試驗結(jié)果顯示，臺架路譜測試工況達成與整車測試基本一致，針對硬件驗證可對整車開展有效替代。

Test Method Analysis of Double Clutch Automatic Transmission Road Load Spectrum

Abstract： This paper introduces a road spectrum collection and bench application method based on dual clutch transmission， through the early real vehicle collection of road spectrum data， conversion to synthetic road spectrum bench test specification， carry out Bench Road spectrum test of powertrain level and evaluate the quality of dual clutch automatic transmission. The test results show that the same result between the Road load spectrum bench test and vehicle test， which is a sufficient hardware verification replacement of vehicle test.

前    言

雙離合器自動變速器（Double clutch transmission，又稱DCT）是當前各類乘用車使用的常見變速器之一，其以MT（Manual Transmission 手動變速器）為結(jié)構(gòu)原型，增加了雙離合器、電液控制器、TCU（transmission control unit變速器控制單元）等結(jié)構(gòu)，實現(xiàn)了在整車上的自動換擋、傳輸扭矩的作用。（剩余5125字）
