3Dmesh包覆儀表板副駕氣囊區(qū)域分步弱化方法研究

摘 要:本文簡要敘述了3Dmesh包覆的儀表板副駕氣囊區(qū)域常見的弱化方法,重點(diǎn)分析了分步弱化方案中,表皮、3Dmesh及骨架的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)及關(guān)鍵工藝要求。并根據(jù)實(shí)際項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)了常見弱化缺陷產(chǎn)生的原因及相應(yīng)解決方案,為后續(xù)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)提供了參考。

Research on The Fractional Step Weaken Method of The 3Dmesh Wrapping Instrument Panel in Co-Driver Airbag Area

Abstract: This paper briefly describes the common weakening methods of the instrument panel wrapped by 3Dmesh in airbag area, and emphatically analyzes the design points and key process requirements of the skin, 3Dmesh and substrate in the fractional step weaken proposal. According to the project experiences, the causes of common weaken defects and corresponding solutions are summarized, which provides a reference for the subsequent project development.
