帶防霧漆車燈水珠凝結(jié)驗證模型研究及對策

【摘  要】分析車燈水珠凝聚的形成機(jī)理，提出一種新型的帶防霧漆前照燈水珠凝聚的驗證模型，探討在不同溫度、濕度、干燥包、透氣孔下水珠凝聚的表現(xiàn)形式，并提出相關(guān)的優(yōu)化措施。以某一款日行燈水珠凝聚為例，對水珠凝聚的條件進(jìn)行分析和驗證，并提出相關(guān)的解決措施，同時驗證了驗證方法和驗證工況的有效性。

Condensed Droplets Validation for Lamps With Anti-Mist Coating and Its Countermeasures

【Abstract】By analyzing the mechanism of droplets formation inside auto lamp，it proposes a new way to validate the droplets inside auto lamp with anti-mist coating. By investigating the performance of droplets under the different temperature，humidity，dryer and adding another ventilation hole，it puts forward the relevant way to optimize it. As an example of daily running light with droplets，it analyses the condition for the droplets formation and its countermeasures，which proves the feasibility of validation and testing conditions.
