【摘  要】某新車型量產(chǎn)初期車型車門外觀不良故障多起，嚴重影響客戶使用，引起客戶極大抱怨。本文將從設(shè)計、品質(zhì)、裝配、設(shè)備等多個角度對該車型車門外觀不良故障因素做出充分分析，并制定出有效措施，以解決此車型車門外觀不良問題。

【Abstract】In the early stage of mass production of a new vehicle model，there were many failures in the appearance of the doors of the vehicle model. The poor appearance of has a serious impact on the use of customers and caused great complaints from customers. This article will fully analyze the factors of the poor appearance of the door from the perspectives of design，quality，assembly，equipment，etc.，and formulate effective measures to solve the problem of bad appearance of the door of this model.
