適應(yīng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的高職電商人才培養(yǎng)模式的思考
摘要:為適應(yīng)不斷變化的電商市場環(huán)境和企業(yè)用工需求,文章通過信息挖掘和調(diào)研,深入了解電商企業(yè)的人才需求,再通過與高職電商專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的比對,找出不同和差距,并給出高職院校要以市場為導(dǎo)向、以就業(yè)為目標(biāo)、以服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)為動力,加強(qiáng)電商專業(yè)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等若干建議。

Abstract:In order to adapt to the changing e-commerce market environment and the employment needs of enterprises,this paper deeply understands the talent needs of e-commerce enterprises through information mining and research,and then finds out the differences and gaps by comparing with the training status of e-commerce major in higher vocational colleges,and gives that higher vocational colleges should be market-oriented,employment oriented and serve the local economy,Some suggestions on strengthening the construction of teaching staff of e-commerce specialty.

一、高職電子商務(wù)專業(yè)調(diào)研基本思路與方法
(一)調(diào)研指導(dǎo)思想
為響應(yīng)《國家職業(yè)教育改革實(shí)施方案》的要求,應(yīng)對瞬息萬變的市場環(huán)境,深入了解當(dāng)前電子商務(wù)專業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展,達(dá)到學(xué)校與企業(yè)供需一致的教育目標(biāo),進(jìn)一步明確高職電子商務(wù)專業(yè)學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和市場定位,課題組成員對當(dāng)前主流招聘網(wǎng)站、電子商務(wù)專業(yè)的用工情況、人才需求以及學(xué)生的體驗(yàn)開展專項(xiàng)調(diào)研,為高職電子商務(wù)優(yōu)化專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式提供一些參考數(shù)據(jù)和建議。(剩余4884字)
