摘 要:針對FANUC 0i-MF數(shù)控機(jī)床冷卻系統(tǒng)的控制需求,結(jié)合冷卻系統(tǒng)組成與電氣原理,該文分析該冷卻控制系統(tǒng)的工作原理。同時針對機(jī)床冷卻系統(tǒng)控制的2種方式,分別介紹其PMC程序的編制方法,通過程序調(diào)試,驗(yàn)證冷卻功能控制的正確性。

Abstract: According to the control requirements of the cooling system of FANUC 0i-MF CNC machine tools, based on the composition of the cooling system and electrical principle, the working principle of the cooling control system is analyzed in this paper. At the same time, aiming at the two ways of machine tool cooling system control, the programming method of PMC program is introduced respectively, and the correctness of cooling function control is verified by program debugging.
