摘  要：裝配式建筑作為現(xiàn)代建筑行業(yè)的一個重要發(fā)展方向，具有許多優(yōu)勢和潛力。該文重點從設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)及安裝要點方面介紹預(yù)制封閉式陽臺的成套生產(chǎn)及安裝技術(shù)。預(yù)制封閉式陽臺作為裝配式建筑的一部分，其生產(chǎn)技術(shù)在國內(nèi)裝配式建筑領(lǐng)域內(nèi)處于領(lǐng)先地位，優(yōu)勢特點顯著，推廣后將實現(xiàn)良好的社會效益和經(jīng)濟效益。

Abstract： As an important development direction of modern construction industry， prefabricated architecture has many advantages and potential. This paper mainly introduces the complete set production and installation technology of prefabricated closed balcony from the aspects of design， production and installation. Prefabricated closed balcony serves as a part of prefabricated buildings， and this production technology is in the lead in the field of domestic prefabricated buildings， with remarkable advantages， and will achieve good social and economic benefits after promotion.
