橙子溝水電站油浸風(fēng)冷變壓器散熱效率與水冷噴淋降溫技術(shù)探索與應(yīng)用

摘 要:為了研究因氣溫、太陽等因素引起變壓器溫度升高,該文通過不同條件對比的方法來探討其原因,根據(jù)熱力學(xué)相關(guān)公式計算出實際散熱器散熱功率互相比對,最終計算出需要增加的散熱功率。通過變壓器水冷噴淋技術(shù)的應(yīng)用與改造進(jìn)一步提高散熱器功率,從而使得在特定環(huán)境下變壓器運行在合理溫度范圍。

Abstract: In order to study the temperature rise of transformer caused by air temperature, sun and other factors, this paper discusses the reasons through the comparison of different conditions, and calculates the heat dissipation power of the actual radiator according to the relevant thermodynamic formula. Finally, the heat dissipation power that needs to be increased is calculated. The power of the radiator is further improved through the application and transformation of the water-cooled spray technology of the transformer, so that the transformer can operate in a reasonable temperature range in a specific environment.
