水泥土攪拌樁地基處理樁位偏差分析及控制技術(shù)研究

摘 要:水泥土攪拌樁的樁位偏差值作為成樁質(zhì)量的主控項(xiàng)目之一,是十分重要的施工質(zhì)量控制點(diǎn)。該項(xiàng)目組從“人、機(jī)、法、環(huán)、測(cè)”5個(gè)方面進(jìn)行原因分析,確定對(duì)樁位偏差影響的主要因素,并運(yùn)用各種質(zhì)量管理工具,擬定改進(jìn)技術(shù)方案和控制措施,并予以實(shí)施,提高水泥土攪拌樁樁位的準(zhǔn)確度和施工質(zhì)量。

Abstract: As one of the main control items of pile quality, the pile position deviation of cement-soil mixing pile is a very important construction quality control point. The project team analyzed the reasons from the five aspects of "man, machine, method, ring and measurement", determined the main factors affecting the deviation of pile position, and used various quality management tools to draw up improvement technical improvement plans and control measures. The accuracy and construction quality of cement-soil mixing pile are improved.

在水泥土攪拌樁施工中,對(duì)于施工完成的樁體,如發(fā)生樁位超過規(guī)范要求的允許偏差值,可能導(dǎo)致局部地基承載力不均勻,甚至導(dǎo)致部分區(qū)域復(fù)合地基承載力不足,往往需要進(jìn)行地基承載力試驗(yàn)并由設(shè)計(jì)單位根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果出具相應(yīng)的處理方案,多數(shù)需要采取補(bǔ)樁、局部地基加固等補(bǔ)救措施。(剩余4681字)
