亞臨界鍋爐熱水再循環(huán)系統(tǒng)提升SCR入口煙溫的技術(shù)實(shí)踐

摘 要:寧海電廠4#機(jī)組深度調(diào)峰期間,脫硝裝置入口煙溫偏低,無法滿足脫硝裝置投運(yùn)要求。為響應(yīng)國家提出的火電機(jī)組深度調(diào)峰的號(hào)召與要求,浙江寧海發(fā)電廠4#機(jī)組進(jìn)行基于熱水再循環(huán)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用的全負(fù)荷脫硝改造,提高脫硝入口煙氣溫度,保證SCR系統(tǒng)在并網(wǎng)及以上負(fù)荷的正常投運(yùn)。

Abstract: During the deep peak regulation of 4# unit in Ninghai Power Plant, the flue gas temperature at the entrance of the denitrification unit is on the low side, which can not meet the operation requirements of the denitrification unit. In order to respond to the call and requirement of deep peak regulation of thermal power units put forward by the state, Unit 4# of Zhejiang Ninghai Power Plant has carried out a full-load denitrification transformation based on the application of hot water recirculation system, which increases the flue gas temperature at the inlet of denitrification and ensures the normal operation of SCR system under grid connection and above load.
