高速公路交通安全設(shè)施防腐技術(shù)研究
摘 要:文章在分析我國(guó)公路交通安全設(shè)施工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了交通安全設(shè)施的腐蝕機(jī)理、防腐技術(shù)原理等,探討了交通安全設(shè)施施工階段常用的防腐工藝,包括熱浸鍍鋅涂層、熱浸鍍鋅聚酯復(fù)合涂層、環(huán)氧鋅基聚酯復(fù)合涂層等,以優(yōu)化安全設(shè)施防腐質(zhì)量為目標(biāo),探究幾點(diǎn)質(zhì)控方法。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the engineering standards of highway traffic safety facilities in China, this paper introduces the corrosion mechanism and anticorrosion technology of traffic safety facilities, and discusses the anti-corrosion technology commonly used in the construction stage of traffic safety facilities, including hot-dip galvanized coating, hot-dip galvanized polyester composite coating, epoxy zinc-based polyester composite coating, etc., in order to optimize the anti-corrosion quality of safety facilities, explore several quality control methods.
