摘  要：文章介紹了恒定頻率電流模式PWM降壓轉(zhuǎn)換器的設(shè)計目標，以一款實際的降壓轉(zhuǎn)換器為例，具體分析了其中幾個關(guān)鍵模塊的設(shè)計，包括低電壓檢測模塊、過熱保護模塊、軟啟動電路、斜率補償電路、峰值電流合成電路和電流偏置電路等。通過對這些關(guān)鍵模塊進行特殊的設(shè)計，以實現(xiàn)降壓器的性能。

Abstract： This paper introduces the design goal of constant frequency current mode PWM buck converter， and takes an actual buck converter as an example， analyzes the design of several key modules in detail， including low voltage detection module， overheat protection module， soft start circuit， slope compensation circuit， peak current synthesis circuit and current bias circuit. Through the special design of these key modules， it is supposed to achieve the performance of the voltage regulator.

恒定頻率的電流模式PWM降壓轉(zhuǎn)換器在便攜式應(yīng)用中被廣泛使用，此器件要求在采用單節(jié)鋰電池供電輸出較大電流時的效率仍能達到較高的水平;另外，為了延長手持設(shè)備電池的供電時間，通常要求這類器件在占空比為100%時工作處于低壓降狀態(tài);還有在負載較輕時輸出時紋波要非常小，以降低對噪聲敏感設(shè)備的影響。（剩余2143字）
