【摘要】目的：分析集束化干預(yù)策略在老年臥床患者預(yù)防壓瘡護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取我院2022年12月—2023年12月共90例老年臥床患者作為研究樣本，隨機(jī)將其分為觀察組及對照組，每組45例。對照組患者接受常規(guī)壓瘡護(hù)理，觀察組患者則在常規(guī)壓瘡護(hù)理的基礎(chǔ)上采用集束化干預(yù)策略，對比兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：觀察組壓瘡發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組，護(hù)理滿意度高于對照組（P
