【摘要】目的：觀察個(gè)體化護(hù)理對(duì)維持性血液透析高血壓患者自我管理行為的影響。方法：選取2021年10月—2023年10月期間我院66例行維持性血液透析高血壓患者，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分組，每組33例，對(duì)照組和觀察組分別實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理和個(gè)體化護(hù)理。對(duì)比兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：護(hù)理后，觀察組血壓（收縮壓與舒張壓）、自我管理行為以及生存質(zhì)量均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義，P

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the influence of individualized nursing on self-management behavior of patients with maintenance hemodialysis hypertension.Methods：A total of 66 patients with hypertension undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected，and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method，with 33cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were given routine nursing and individualized nursing，respectively.
