心理干預聯(lián)合舒適護理在小兒肺炎霧化吸入治療中的應用

【摘要】目的：探索在小兒肺炎霧化吸入治療中給予患兒心理干預與舒適護理的效果。方法：以系統(tǒng)隨機化法將本院2022年1月—2023年12月收治的118例肺炎患兒均分為兩組，各59例。其中對照組患兒運用常規(guī)護理，觀察組則接受心理干預和舒適護理。比較兩組的負性情緒改善情況、癥狀改善情況以及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。結果：兩組患兒護理前負性情緒得分對比無統(tǒng)計學差異，P>0.05；護理后，觀察組的負性情緒評分明顯低于對照組，有統(tǒng)計學差異，P

Application of psychological intervention combined with comfort nursing in the nebulized inhalation therapy of pediatric pneumonia
