聯(lián)合水化療法配合心理干預(yù)對(duì)預(yù)防冠脈介入造影劑腎損傷的效果觀察

【摘要】目的：研究聯(lián)合水化療法配合心理干預(yù)對(duì)預(yù)防冠脈介入造影劑腎損傷的效果。方法：選取2021年7月—2021年12月開(kāi)平市中心醫(yī)院100例經(jīng)皮冠狀動(dòng)脈介入治療患者，按照組間基本特征匹配原則分為兩組，各50例。對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理，實(shí)驗(yàn)組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合水化療法配合心理干預(yù)，比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：干預(yù)前，兩組SCr水平、β2-MG水平、SDS評(píng)分及SAS評(píng)分比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）；干預(yù)后，實(shí)驗(yàn)組的SCr水平、β2-MG水平、SDS評(píng)分及SAS評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組，比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of hydration therapy combined with psychological intervention on the prevention of renal injury caused by coronary intervention contrast agent.Methods：100 patients with percutaneous coronary intervention in Kaiping Central Hospital from July 2021 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of matching basic features between groups，with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing，and the experimental group received hydration therapy combined with psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
