【摘要】目的：分析持續(xù)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)方法在膽囊結(jié)石伴膽囊炎患者護(hù)理干預(yù)中的可行性。方法：選擇本院2022年1月—2023年5月收治的82例膽囊結(jié)石伴膽囊炎患者，隨機(jī)將其分為兩組，對(duì)照組患者（41例）實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)，觀察組（41例）則采取持續(xù)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)護(hù)理干預(yù)，比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：觀察組患者的下床活動(dòng)時(shí)間、腸鳴音恢復(fù)時(shí)間與肛門首次排氣時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組，并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組，數(shù)據(jù)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the feasibility of continuous quality improvement method in nursing intervention of patients with gallstones and cholecystitis.Methods：A total of 82 patients with gallstones and cholecystitis admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group （41 cases） received routine nursing intervention，while the observation group （41 cases） received continuous quality improvement nursing intervention，and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results：The time of getting out of bed，bowel sounds recovery time and first anal exhaust time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group，and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group，with statistical significance （P

腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)是治療膽囊結(jié)石伴膽囊炎的常見方法，雖然微創(chuàng)手術(shù)具有安全、康復(fù)效果好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，但患者術(shù)后依然有概率出現(xiàn)腹腔內(nèi)出血、皮下血腫等并發(fā)癥，嚴(yán)重影響術(shù)后康復(fù)，因此改進(jìn)圍術(shù)期護(hù)理干預(yù)方法具有必要性[1]。（剩余4362字）
