【摘要】目的：探究和觀察快速康復(fù)外科理念在婦科微創(chuàng)化手術(shù)患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：時間為2020年10月—2023年10月，選擇200例婦科微創(chuàng)化手術(shù)患者，隨機(jī)將其分為觀察組（快速康復(fù)外科理念）和對照組（傳統(tǒng)護(hù)理），各100例。對比兩組術(shù)后恢復(fù)情況、NRS評分以及護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果：觀察組術(shù)后各項指標(biāo)恢復(fù)時間均短于對照組（P0.05）；術(shù)后第1d安靜時和術(shù)后第1d活動狀態(tài)下，觀察組NRS評分較對照組更低（P
