【摘要】目的:探討健康教育干預(yù)在高血壓患者護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法:選取70例高血壓患者,均為2020年1月—2022年12月在武山縣城關(guān)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院進(jìn)行治療,根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分成兩個(gè)小組。常規(guī)護(hù)理的實(shí)施對(duì)象選擇對(duì)照組,健康教育干預(yù)的對(duì)象選擇觀察組。比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果:護(hù)理前,兩組的高血壓的不利影響、規(guī)律服藥的重要性和日常生活行為等疾病知信行評(píng)分比較不具有明顯的差別(P>0.05);護(hù)理后,兩組各項(xiàng)疾病知信行評(píng)分較護(hù)理前均升高(P0.05);護(hù)理后,兩組各項(xiàng)生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分較護(hù)理前均降低(P

Observation on the application effect of health education intervention in the nursing of hypertensive patients

【Abstract】Objective:To explore the application effect of health education intervention in the nursing of hypertensive patients. Methods:Seventy hypertensive patients were selected,all of whom received treatment at the Chengguan Town Health Center in Wushan County from January 2020 to December 2022.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method.The implementation objects of routine nursing were selected as the control group,and the objects of health education intervention were selected as the observation group.The nursing effects between the two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in disease knowledge,belief and practice scores such as the adverse effects of hypertension,the importance of regular medication and daily living behavior between the two groups (P>0.05);After nursing,the disease knowledge,belief and practice scores of both groups significantly increased compared to before nursing (P0.05);After nursing,the quality of life scores of both groups significantly decreased compared to before nursing (P
