【摘要】目的：探究急診眩暈癥患者接受天麻素與異丙嗪聯(lián)合治療的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法：將68例急診眩暈癥患者分為兩組，對(duì)照組接受天麻素治療，實(shí)驗(yàn)組接受天麻素與異丙嗪聯(lián)合治療，比較兩組各項(xiàng)臨床指標(biāo)。結(jié)果：治療后，實(shí)驗(yàn)組的治療總有效率、臨床癥狀緩解情況及動(dòng)脈血流速度均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，差異顯著（P
