【摘要】目的：分析支持性護(hù)理聯(lián)合家屬參與護(hù)理對精神分裂癥患者心理情況的改善作用。方法：采取計(jì)算機(jī)隨機(jī)分組法將70例精神分裂癥患者分為兩組，每組35例，對照組實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組采取支持性護(hù)理聯(lián)合家屬參與護(hù)理。對比兩組服藥依從性、精神狀態(tài)以及家屬滿意度。結(jié)果：觀察組服藥依從性佳的比例明顯高于對照組，護(hù)理后各項(xiàng)精神狀態(tài)評分均低于對照組，家屬總滿意度明顯高于對照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the improvement effect of supportive nursing combined with family participation nursing on the psychological condition of schizophrenia patients.Methods：70 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups using computer grouping method，with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine care，while the observation group received supportive nursing combined with family participation nursing.The medication adherence，mental state and family satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results：The proportion of patients with better medication compliance in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group，the scores of various mental states after nursing were lower than those in the control group，and the overall satisfaction of family members was significantly higher than that in the control group （P
