頭孢曲松聯(lián)合桂枝茯苓片對慢性盆腔炎患者的療效觀察

【摘要】目的：探討頭孢曲松聯(lián)合桂枝茯苓片對慢性盆腔炎患者的療效。方法：選取我院2021年2月—2023年10月的70例慢性盆腔炎患者，隨機(jī)將其分為兩組。對照組采取頭孢曲松治療，觀察組采取頭孢曲松聯(lián)合桂枝茯苓片治療。比較兩組治療效果。結(jié)果：觀察組治療總有效率高于對照組（P0.05）；治療后，兩組的帶下異常、下腹疼痛、神疲乏力、肛門墜脹、腰骶腫痛、形寒肢冷、低熱起伏和月經(jīng)不調(diào)評分均明顯降低（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of ceftriaxone combined with Guizhi Fuling tablets on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods：70 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital from February 2021 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received ceftriaxone treatment，while the observation group received ceftriaxone combined with Guizhi Fuling tablets treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results：The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P0.05）；After treatment，the scores of abnormal vaginal discharge，lower abdominal pain，fatigue，anal prolapse，lumbosacral swelling and pain，cold limbs，low fever fluctuations and menstrual irregularities in both groups were significantly reduced （P
