【摘要】目的：研究重癥感染合并發(fā)熱患者在采取血必凈治療時的作用。方法：2022年2月—2023年2月，納入我院38例重癥感染合并發(fā)熱患者，隨機將其分為觀察組和對照組，每組19例。對照組采取常規(guī)治療，觀察組采取血必凈治療，比較兩組療效。結果：觀察組治療總有效率為100.00%，明顯高于對照組的78.95%，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.05）；治療后，兩組臨床各項指標比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P
