【摘要】目的：探析對宮腔黏連致不孕患者實行宮腔鏡手術(shù)的效果及對生殖預后的影響。方法：選取本院2020年1月—2021年12月收治的92例宮腔黏連致不孕患者，以數(shù)字隨機表法等分成兩組，每組46例。對照組采取傳統(tǒng)手術(shù)治療，觀察組則以宮腔鏡手術(shù)治療。比較兩組治療效果。結(jié)果：治療后，觀察組治療總有效率、子宮內(nèi)膜厚度與體積明顯高于對照組，有統(tǒng)計學差異（P
