中醫(yī)綜合康復護理在糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病變護理中的應用價值

【摘要】目的：分析中醫(yī)綜合康復護理在糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病變護理中的應用價值。方法：隨機對糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病變患者進行選取，時間段為2021年6月—2023年6月，共計納入80例，分為兩組，每組40例。對照組采取常規(guī)護理，觀察組采取中醫(yī)綜合康復護理。比較兩組護理效果。結果：護理前，兩組的家庭角色、精力、語言、情緒、活動能力、個性、社會角色、自理、思維、視力、肢體功能和工作能力評分比較無明顯差異（P>0.05）；護理后，兩組的家庭角色、精力、語言、情緒、活動能力、個性、社會角色、自理、思維、視力、肢體功能和工作能力評分均明顯升高（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the application value of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in the nursing of diabetes peripheral neuropathy.Methods：Patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly selected from June 2021 to June 2023.A total of 80 patients were enrolled and divided into two groups，with 40 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing，and the observation group took traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effects between the two groups were compared.Results：Before nursing，there was no significant difference in scores of family role，energy，language，emotion，activ ity ability，personality，social role，self-care，thinking，vision，limb function and work ability between the two groups （P>0.05）；After nursing，the scores of family role，energy，language，emotion，activity ability，personality，social role，self-care，thinking，vision，limb function and work ability of the two groups were significantly higher （P
