【摘要】目的：探究康復(fù)護(hù)理指導(dǎo)對(duì)腦卒中偏癱患者肢體功能康復(fù)的影響。方法：選取本院于2021年6月—2023年6月期間收治的100例腦卒中偏癱患者，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為參照組（n=50，常規(guī)護(hù)理）及康復(fù)組（n=50，康復(fù)護(hù)理），比較兩組患者行走能力、上下肢肢體功能及對(duì)護(hù)理的滿意率。結(jié)果：護(hù)理前，兩組患者行走能力及上下肢肢體功能指標(biāo)比較無(wú)差異（P>0.05）；護(hù)理后，康復(fù)組行走能力及上下肢肢體功能指標(biāo)優(yōu)于參照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing guidance on limb functionrehabilitation in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods：100 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected，the patients were divided into the reference group （n=50，routine nursing） and the rehabilitation group （n=50，rehabilitation nursing） using a random number table method.The walking ability，upper and lower limb function，and satisfaction rate with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results：There was no significant difference in walking ability and upper and lower limb function indicators between the two groups of patients before nursing （P>0.05）；After nursing，the walking ability and upper and lower limb function indicators of the rehabilitation group were better than those of the reference group （P
