中醫(yī)護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)肛腸手術(shù)患者術(shù)后疼痛和護(hù)理配合度的影響分析

【摘要】目的：分析中醫(yī)護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)肛腸手術(shù)患者術(shù)后疼痛和護(hù)理配合度的影響。方法：選擇本院2021年5月—2022年5月之間收治的64例肛腸手術(shù)患者為研究對(duì)象，隨機(jī)將患者分為觀察組（n=32）和對(duì)照組（n=32），觀察組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理聯(lián)合中醫(yī)護(hù)理干預(yù)，對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理，對(duì)比兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：護(hù)理后，觀察組患者的并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率與VAS評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組，住院時(shí)間、術(shù)后下床活動(dòng)時(shí)間以及肛門排氣時(shí)間短于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the influence of TCM nursing intervention on postoperative pain and nursing coordination in patients undergoing anorectal surgery.Methods：64 patients undergoing anorectal surgery admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects，and the patients were divided into the observation group （n=32） and the control group （n=32）.The observation group received routine nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention，while the control group received routine nursing.The effects of nursing between the two groups were compared.Results：After nursing，the incidence of complications and VAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，the length of hospitalization，postoperative bed activity time，and anal exhaust time were shorter than those in the control group （P
